As the founding advisor of Achieva Wealth Advisors, Steve has shaped a client-first philosophy that prioritizes each individual’s goals, values, and comfort level. He’s known for making complex investment solutions approachable—ensuring clients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their financial decisions.

Steve earned his Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of South Florida, where he met his wife, Melissa. Together, they reside in Odessa, Florida, sharing their home with two dogs, three cats, and two horses—reflecting their shared love for animals.

Outside of work, Steve is an avid golfer, a guitar enthusiast, and a bourbon connoisseur who enjoys pairing a fine bourbon with a cigar. His passion for education and community involvement is evident through his support of charitable organizations like the Ryan Wells Foundation, which provides scholarships for students in Pinellas County.

Steve’s greatest fulfillment comes from building lasting relationships and making a meaningful impact in the lives of his clients—helping them navigate their financial journey with clarity, confidence, and care.
